Investment Spotlight: Hookhub, LA33

There are 11.2 million RV owners in the U.S., and 90% of them struggle to find parking. Meanwhile, millions of landowners sit on unused land.

Hookhub is a marketplace for landowners to rent their land to RV owners for nightly or long-term stays, or storage parking.

How it works:

  • RV owners browse available parking spots through the Hookhub app.
  • They can filter for location, pricing, and the correct type of hookups (e.g., water, electricity, sewage).
  • Once they find the right fit, they book through the app.

Hookhub CEO Caylee Harrington joined Founder University Cohort 8 as a solo founder, bringing her background as a software engineer and firsthand experience living full-time in an RV. She saw a huge market opportunity and got to work—coding the MVP herself and quickly onboarding both hosts and renters.

Caylee then brought on co-founder Evan Lehr, who had business and sales expertise from running his own startup. We welcomed both into the LAUNCH Accelerator’s 33rd cohort with a $125K investment.

To scale Hookhub, the co-founders are focused on multichannel marketing, including partnering with micro-influencers and attending RV conventions to connect directly with RV owners and landowners.

If you're a builder-founder interested in fundraising and growth, we’d like to hear from you! We review applications on a rolling basis. Learn more and apply at https://www.launch.co/apply.
